▫▪[ TDIC Project ]▪▫

Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC) is the company that arranging all of the new construction projects in Abu Dhabi the capital of the United Arab Emirates. My friend, Ahmed Al Hammadi, and I had to do a presentation about a project of the TDIC. However, I liked some of them and disliked others. I am going to write about the best and worst project in my opinion.

I think “Qasr Al Sarab” is the best project due to some reasons such as; the location of the project in the middle of Liwa desert which is the best place to relax and have a break from daily work in a quiet environment. Another reason is the luxuries facilities in the retreat centre like the luxury health spa, conference centre, adjoining excursion and tented villages, a children’s playground and an observatory from where guests can monitor the awe-inspiring Liwa night skies which. Also, the design of it is really a good reason to visit it. It is being built in a shape of old Arabic castle which is worth to see.

On the other hand, I think “Abu Dhabi Creek Business Resort” is the worst project of TDIC and that’s for some reasons. One is the facilities which are the same in all other projects; guest rooms, conference and meeting facilities, a garden and a pool. There is nothing new you can enjoy there. It is the same for going to any other resort. Another reason is the design of the villas in the project which is really awful and looks like a cube and that’s what I call “not interesting”.

In conclusion, TDIC is a big company with many nice and new projects. I think soon we are going to see cool buildings made by them.
