1. fine space between tall buildings–good because reducing the spaces between buildings creates a shad for longer periods of the day, which can prevents heat from generating in the walls witch will help to decrease the consumption of electricity by reducing the load on the cooling system.

2. Using operable roof which is supposed to work depending on the weather. When the weather is hot like in the summer it will close up and reduce the sunlight that streams in. While in the winter it will use the natural air from the cool weather.

3. Solar powered plant farms: These plant farms are connected to solar powered machines which are used to provide the plants with energy.

Ø Bad pointes:

1. Cool cities are not suitable for most of people- because some people can’t afford to live there or they don’t want to change their current life style.

2. Water Shortage: This city is in fact an island which surrounded with water and that is rare.

3. To build the cool cities, it needs a big budget and a lot of planning for the projects to be successful.
